The Purpose of the Association and the Field of Activity and the Field of Activity to be Maintained by the Association in order to realize this purpose
Article 2- The Association was established with the aim of encouraging young people to get rid of bad habits, training athletes and improving mental and physical health in all sports branches.
Work Subjects and Forms to be Maintained by the Association
1-To conduct researches for the activation and development of activities,
2- To organize training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels,
3-To provide all kinds of information, documents, documents and publications required for the realization of the purpose, to establish a documentation center, to publish their work in order to announce their activities, such as newspapers, magazines, books, and to distribute information and bulletins to its members,
4-To provide a healthy working environment for the realization of the purpose, to provide all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixtures and stationery materials,
5-To carry out charity collection activities on condition that the necessary permissions are obtained and to accept donations from Turkey and abroad,
6-To establish and operate economic, commercial and industrial enterprises in order to provide the income needed for the realization of the objectives of the Regulation,
7-To establish local and social and cultural facilities for the benefit of its members and to make use of them,
8-To develop and maintain human relations among its members, dinner meetings, concerts, ball, theater, exhibitions, sports, excursions and entertaining events, etc. organizing or ensuring that members benefit from such activities,
9-Buying, selling, renting, renting and renting movable and immovable goods needed for association activities
10-If necessary, to establish a federation or to join an established federation.
11-To carry out international activities, to become a member of associations and organizations abroad and to collaborate or cooperate with these organizations on a project basis,
12-Conducting joint projects with public institutions and organizations in the fields of duty, without prejudice to the provisions of the Law No. 5072 on the Relations of Associations and Foundations with Public Institutions and Organizations, if deemed necessary for the realization of the purpose,
13-To establish a fund to meet the necessity of the members of the Association such as food, clothing and other goods and services and short-term credit needs,
14-To open representative offices in order to carry out association activities where deemed necessary,
15-To establish platforms to realize a common purpose with other associations or foundations, trade unions and similar non-governmental organizations in areas that are related to the purpose of the Association and which are not prohibited by law,

Membership and Membership Procedures
Article 3- Any natural or legal person possessing the capacity to act and accepting to work in this direction by adopting the aims and principles of the association and having the conditions stipulated by the legislation has the right to become a member of this association. However, having the right to settle in Turkey to be a member of the foreign real persons in need. This condition does not apply to honorary membership.
The membership application to be made in writing to the chairmanship of the association is decided by the board of directors of the association as acceptance or rejection of the request within maximum thirty days and the applicant is notified in writing of the result. The member whose application is accepted is registered in the book to be kept for this purpose.
The main members of the association are the founders of the association and the persons accepted by the board of directors upon their applications.
Those who have provided significant financial and moral support to the Association can be accepted as honorary members with the decision of the board of directors.
Unsubscribe
Article 4 - Each member has the right to leave the association provided that it is notified in writing.
As soon as the resignation petition of the member reaches the board of directors, exit procedures are deemed to have been finalized. Leaving membership does not terminate the accumulated debts of the member to the association.
Dismissal from Membership
Article 5-Cases that require removal from membership of the Association.
1-To act in contradiction with the statutes of the Association,
2-To constantly avoid the assigned tasks,
3-Not to pay the membership fee within six months despite written warnings,
4-Not to comply with the decisions given by the bodies of the Association.
5-Lost the conditions of membership,
The above-mentioned du
